ITEMIZED GOODS AND SERVICES

We are in complete compliance with the Federal Trade Commission and Massachusetts State Laws regarding full and complete disclosures. All of our goods and services are itemized in our General Price List allowing you to select only those items you wish or you mat select from several packages of services. No matter what you select, IT IS YOUR RIGHT , and our desire that you have as complete an understanding as possible regarding the goods and services and the costs of those selected. You will be given a complete itemized Statement of Goods & Services upon the completion of the arrangement conference.

TRADITIONAL SERVICES

Gormley Funeral Service offers: Complete Traditional Church, Funeral Home, or Graveside Services, which include:

Professional services of Funeral Director and Staff, shelter of the remains, consultation with family and clergy, arrangement of the visitation, and funeral, preparation and filing of legal documents, and other services and attendance prior to the funeral including but not limited to coordinating with those providing other portions of the funeral(e.g. Clergy, Musicians, etc.); removal from place of death to the funeral home (within a 20 mile radius), embalming, and/or sanitation of remains, other preparations of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetology, use of visitation room for one night, automotive equipment (funeral coach, control & utility vehicles within a 20 mile radius), and all necessary staff for conducting services in our funeral home, at a church, or graveside.

This service does not include: cash advances, other merchandise that may be desired and/or selected such as casket, burial vault, memorial package, hair care, newspaper notices, etc.

IMMEDIATE BURIAL

In addition, Gormley Funeral Servcie offers Immediate Burial. This service includes:

The basic services of the funeral director and administration, obtaining and filing of legal documents, removal from place of death to the funeral home (within 20 mile radius), sanitary care of the remains, transportation of the remains to the cemetery for burial within a 20 mile radius.

This service does not include cash advances, embalming or other preparation of the remains, refrigeration, viewing or use of facilities for viewing, funeral services or merchandise selected such as casket, burial vault, or memorial package.

CREMATION

Gormley Funeral Home offers a Complete Traditional Cremation service plan which includes:

Services of the funeral director and staff, administration and professional staff for coordination and directing services in our chapel or a church, preparation and filing of legal documents, removal from place of death to the funeral home (within 20 mile radius), embalming and/or sanitation of the remains, other preparations of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetology, automotive equipment (funeral coach and utility vehicles) within a 20 mile radius, transportation to the crematory and crematory fee.

This service does not include cash advances, casket or other merchandise selected such as a permanent urn, or memorial package, and hair care.

In addition, we offer services of Direct Cremation

This service includes the minimum services of the funeral director and staff; preparation and filing of legal documents, removal from place of death to the funeral home (within a 20 mile radius); crematory fees, minimum alternative container and minimum temporary urn.

This service does not include cash advances, casket, other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetology, and hair care.

Memorial Services

Gormley Funeral Servcie offers Memorial Services to our families who desire.

This service includes the services of the funeral director and necessary staff for conducting the memorial service in our chapel or a church.

This service does not include cash advances or other equipment or merchandise that may be desired or selected.

In addition to the above, Gormley Funeral Service offers the following:

Forwarding of Remains to Another Funeral Home

This service includes the minimum services of the funeral director and staff, preparation and filing of legal documents, and other paperwork necessary for transfer of remains to another funeral home.

This service does not include casket, cash advances, dressing, casketing, cosmetology and hair care.

Receiving Remains From Another Funeral Home

This service includes minimum services of the funeral director and staff, use of facilities for a graveside service.

This service does not include casket, cash advances, burial vaults, memorial package, removal from airport.
